Shipments and returns

Because each item is created for each customer we do not accept returns unless we have made an error on your item or there is a defect. We must be notified within 48 hours of an error or defect for a replacement (not a refund). 

Due to the personalization that goes into creating each product our creation process takes 5-7 business days from checkout. 

Standard shipping is 2-4 Weeks after Creation

Expedited shipping is 5-10 business days after creation.

*During the high volume months of October-January an additional handling time of 1-2 weeks may be added.
